I. Job Summary Responsible for both product planning and marketing to include managing the product throughout its lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. Responsible for working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met and ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
Outline product line short and long term product strategies
Assess, evaluate, and identify new product development opportunities. Works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales and marketing groups in the new product development cycle.
Liaise with VP of Sales, channel managers, and national account managers on future product development needs and the provision of sales tools to support sales generalists and compactor sales engineers
Deliver Market and Product Requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding business necessity
Work with external third-parties to assess product partnerships and licensing opportunities
Evaluate competition for company products
Advise VP of Customer Service on parts, warranty, technical support policies and resources
Calling on marketing officers within national accounts and meeting with top dealers/owners periodically to discuss product lines
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
Develop and implement go-to-market plan, working with all relevant departments to execute
Perform product demos to customers
Set product pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
Develops monthly product revenue forecasts
Assisting corporate sales & marketing team to develop product sales tools and collateral
Establish overall product budget to ensure success
Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
Lead new product introduction plans and manage internal coordination efforts to support launch
Work with engineering groups on drawing and special pricing requests

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager (or a documented combination of education and experience consistent with the position requirements)
Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products
Seven (7) plus years of experience in manufacturing or related industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study required (MBA or engineering degree preferred).
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Technical background, with experience in LEAN, Six Sigma manufacturing

I. Job Summary The Parts and Services Product Manager is responsible for both planning and marketing for the Company's enterprise level Parts and Services function. This includes managing the Parts and Services product lines throughout the product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product line and customer requirements, defining the Products and Services vision, and working collaboratively with internal engineering, manufacturing, and sales/marketing groups to deliver a winning Parts and Services function. It includes developing revenue and profit goals concurrently with customer satisfaction goals, and working closely with sales, marketing, and support functions to ensure that the goals are met. The Parts and Services Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the Products and Services function, including its marketing efforts, support and enhance the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Define the Parts and Services product line short and long term strategies
Assess, evaluat, and identify new parts and services product developments. Works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales and marketing groups in the new product, and associated parts and services product line development cycle
Direct leadership and management of Parts and Services functional personnel
Liaise with VP of Sales, channel managers, and national account managers on future product development needs and the provision of sales and service tools to support sales generalists and sales engineers
Develop and deliver market requirements and products and services requirements documentation
Develop and implement go-to-market plans for all parts and services product lines
Monitor competitors to determine opportunities for new features, new products and services, and increased market share
Calling on marketing officers within nation accounts and meeting with top dealers/owners periodically to discuss parts and services product lines
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the parts and services product line
Perform product demos for customers
Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
Assist sales and marketing teams to develop sales tools and collateral
Prepare and manage overall budget to ensure success
Coordinate parts and services training classes
Collaborate closely with Engineering on drawing and special pricing requests
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervisory responsibilities consistent with Parts and Services product responsibility and accountability as defined above. Typically, will lead and manage all manufacturing parts and services functional personnel.
IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study required (MBA or engineering degree preferred).
Minimum of ten (10) years experience as Parts and Services Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager (or a documented combination of education and experience consistent with the position requirements.)

I. Job Summary The Mobile Equipment Engineering Manager leads new mobile equipment product development efforts and drives key mobile equipment projects to completion. Consistent with the company’s overall strategy and goals, the Mobile Equipment Engineering Manager endeavors to achieve market leadership by developing innovative products, providing excellent customer service and technical application support, and maintaining short lead times.

BSME or closely related degree, Master’s in Engineering preferred
Ten (10) years experience in a Project Engineer, Design Engineering Supervisor, or similar product development leadership role.
Demonstrated success in leading and successfully completing complex, mobile equipment design and development projects
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Proven project management skills using current project management and tracking tools and the ability to mentor and lead engineers
Specialized knowledge in basic mobile equipment systems such as motors, brakes, cylinders, pumps, lubricants, hydraulics, seals, valves, and bearings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma manufacturing
Deep knowledge of products

I. Job Summary The Product Specialist/Brand Manager is teamed with and works under the supervision of a Product Manager. The Product Specialist determines market needs, and then promotes the development and introduction of both new and improved products within an assigned product line. This includes managing both the technical and commercial aspects including product specifications, pricing, and distribution strategies. The Product Specialist/Brand manager will also support the field sales and manufacturing functions with training, product demonstrations, and education for customers on product attributes and capabilities. The Product Specialist/Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining high levels of brand awareness and integrity. This position is dynamic and will evolve as new products and product lines are introduced.
