Director Asset Management

Postition reports directly to CFO

Major Responsibilities:

Bonds

Reconcile emergency assessment receipts from each insurance  company

Interface with bond trustee

Rating agency relationship

Capital Investment

Manage investment /return of approximately  $200 million

Work with Capital market to manage financing risk and cost

Manage bank relationships

Fixed Asset Management

Capital purchases and management of depreciation schedules

Manage accounts receivable, e.g. reinsurance recoveries, earned premium on cancelled policies

Manage a staff of 2-4 people

Position Requirements:

Accounting or Finance Degree (CPA is a plus, but not required)

5-10 years experience, with Insurance, Capital Management, Risk, or Banking

Ability to lead people and processes

Ability to work with diverse people in multiple business situations
