Enforces and recommends new procedures to ensure the organization operates and comply with state and federal regulations and laws.

Develops compliance organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

Actively manage new and on-going litigation.

Qualifications:

10 years of compliance experience, specializing in the life and annuities industry.

People Management, Dealing with Complexity, Developing Budgets, Legal Compliance, Technical Leadership, Quality Management, Financial Planning and Strategy.
